At the end of every summer, children in our community are beginning their race toward educational success. However, a full mile away from the starting line… The lack of resources in Tunisia has created a situation where most of the kids, in particular those with special needs, start each school year with no school supplies.
Hopefully, this year won’t be that way… Because this year, there’s YOU and TunisAid. It’s not just about paper, pens, or binders– it’s about giving the gift of opportunity in school and life that many children will not receive otherwise. To assist in such situations, we started this project to provide support to local organizations and centers by providing them with a specific amount to be able to purchase the school supplies needed for the disabled students they are responsible for.
Thanks to your generosity, we managed to reach out to more than 100 disabled students across Tunisia, with a total amount of 7300€. Our support covered the following regions in Tunisia:

Despite the conditions of the children with disabilities, one thing’s constant— the will of the community to keep their dreams alive. Keeping the smiling faces up in spite of the challenges in their lives is something to be amazed about ❤️
