About Us
TunisAid was founded in November 2018 by committed students and engineers from Tunisia living in Munich. Our organization is dedicated to promoting and supporting people with disabilities in Tunisia. We work together with established organizations and associations in Tunisia in order to run and implement successful on-site projects.
Our Mission
To work together for a better future
Many people with disabilities in the world and particularly in Tunisia have a hard life. Only a few have a wheelchair or a suitable driver’s service to attend appropriate workshops or schooling sites. Often, wheelchair access to public buildings is not available.
In order to face these circumstances and difficulties, motivated students and engineers within TunisAid joined forces together to create a better future for these people.
TunisAid seeks also to improve access to education for children and young people with disabilities.
